Reena emphasizes the importance of community partnerships and collaboration to enhance the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. A prime example of this is Reena’s close collaboration with Circle of Care to develop an integrated service delivery model. This model ensures that residents experience a seamless and coordinated service system, breaking down traditional silos related to services, programs, and funding. Partner agencies, including March of Dimes, have joined in this effort. Their commitment extends to providing services to tenants and supporting their integration into the intentional community. This partnership led to the development of an integrated application process and intake protocols, reinforcing the integrated service delivery model.
