Supported Employment Programs

Reena’s supported employment programs and services have helped over 100 individuals annually with developmental/intellectual disabilities with achieving their employment/career goals.

Our team of expert job coaches work together with each participant to facilitate job readiness skills training workshops as well as individual support with securing meaningful and sustainable paid employment in the competitive labour market.
