On July 19th, 2022 – Toronto City Council voted unanimously to move forward with the Reena Affordable Housing Project at 155-165 Elm Ridge. A housing model that provides independence, affordability and accessibility while at the same time having 24/7 resources is a life-changing opportunity for many families.
On June 28th, 2022 – North York Community Council Meeting approved the 155 and 165 Elm Ridge Drive – Zoning By-Law Amendment.
